A passionate, curious and experienced Learning & Development Partner for organizations and people, Irina has been working:
- as a trainer and consultant since 1996 (the first one specialized in the Romanian healthcare industry),
- as an executive and team coach since 2005,
- as a competence assessor & developer since 2006
- as large groups facilitator with action methods since 2007,
- since 2008 she has been training and supervising trainers, facilitators, team coaches and consultants in Romania and abroad
In addition, Irina was a headhunter for pharma business for 12 years and – before everything above – a professional conference organizer for 5 years.
Her clients are mainly from the private sector – healthcare (mainly pharma business), banking and insurance, industry, oil & gas, automotive, IT&C, FMCG, construction, commerce, shared service centers & BPOs, education and management consultancy – as well as NGOs and national agencies.
After the M.Sc. in Chemistry, she got the trainer and headhunter qualification in the UK, then in Romania, the EuCF (European Coaching Federation) accreditation as a coach (2005), the psychodrama facilitator diploma with ARPsiC (Romanian Classical Psychodrama Association, 2009) and the sociodrama and action methods diploma with the BPA (British Psychodrama Association, 2012) where she is an active member. Irina has been licensed to use LIFO® (since 1999), Thomas International Management System™ (since 2000) and Human Synergistics® (since 2005). Most of her professional development trainings she has attended in the UK, Austria and Romania.
In 2004 Irina started her own business FLUX Training and Consultancy where she has trained many colleagues and where she has been employing teams up to 12 people in her clients’ projects. She also works in consortiums with other companies in large projects.
As a sociodramatist and action methods practitioner, Irina works also as a volunteer with youth, children, their teachers and she helps her professional community to develop by running practical workshops in national and international conferences. Accompanied by her colleagues in iSCAN, the online workshops she runs have now participants from all over the world.
An active member of the Romanian professional coaching community ARC Pro since 2008, where she served as a board member, then as a vicepresident. Founder of Sociodrama Centre Romania, Irina works also in Geneva, with ODeF, contributing to the one-year certificate course for sociodrama and action methods for consultants, coaches, trainers, managers and youth leaders. Collaborator of Coachingdipity – an elite coaching school in Bucharest, Irina teaches team coaching with sociodrama and action methods. Teacher 2.0 with the Learnity non-formal learning community for high-school students. Sociodrama trainer for many psychodrama schools in Romania, Switzerland, Greece, Serbia, Croatia and Ukraine. Trainers’ trainer in a large national project for teacher-parent communication.
